Mindset for Success with Rise to Greater Heights
I was honoured to have been asked to be part of a small group to discuss Mindset for Success with Dr Real. N Kunene where we each had a few minutes to talk about why mindset is important. I discussed how it is important when working around grief and how it dictates how you think, feel and behave. If you believe you will always be grieving – then you will, but if you change your words to ‘I am grieving now, but I know it will get easier…’ the energy changes and you offer yourself hope instead of stuck.
